Magnify split enable/disable option.

Description
Add the option to enable/disable split bar in magnify mode. With enabled split program should behave like it is right now, and with disabled split it should span zoom window on whole drawing area. This feature could be represented as last-line-option in right-click-menu on magnify button, for example.
